Established to honor Joe Grygny, the founder of International Molded Fiber Association (IMFA), this award recognizes tireless passion for the advancement of the molded fiber industry through product, equipment, and process innovation, as well as successful sustainable application of such. Joe has dedicated much of his life and career to promoting the benefits of molded fiber products worldwide, and it is IMFA’s honor to honor those who continue his legacy.
The Joe Grygny Lifetime Achievement Award is awarded, when appropriate, to individuals and/or companies who are widely regarded by peers and industry leaders for the lifetime ambassadorial role they have played in our industry, as well as a significant role in IMFA for a minimum of 10 years at the Board and/or Committee level. This is the highest honor our industry body can bestow and as such reflects a true lifetime achievement of a recipient singled out amongst so many.
Recipients of this prestigious award will receive individual Honorary Lifetime Membership with IMFA and complimentary Annual Conference registration. (Complimentary Annual Conference registration does not include any additional expenses, events, or activities, and is non-transferrable).
Should a successful nominee have been identified and approved by the Board of Directors, winners will be announced during IMFA’s following Annual Conference.
Nominations must be made and signed by an officer of an IMFA member organization in good standing and submitted to the Executive Chairman using the nomination form below. All nominations will be reviewed, and recommendations made by the Officers to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors will determine the Award by vote.
