They are looking to replace a die cut and laminated foam block that holds glass vials.

Link 1 - drawing of the foam block

Link 2 - machinery that indexes the blocks in to machine that removes the vials from the foam block.

Automatic machinery, belt driven, flighted infeed( pusher bars) that push the foam blocks into the machine.

Tolerances need to be held fairly close
